Maybeck's menu features creative twists on familiar regional American favorites, as well as seasonally driven vegetable and meat dishes. Diners can enjoy these reimagined classics in a casual, spacious setting. The restaurant features a dedicated Negroni bar and an approachable wine list.
Nico serves up New American, French-inspired fare made from seasonal ingredients, harvested from the restaurant’s roof garden or sourced from local purveyors. The market-driven cuisine is showcased on daily-changing three or five course menus, while the simple and approachable wine program includes both domestic and European wines. The warm and approachably elegant setting features a polished dining room, decorated in classic earth tones.
With Oro, Chef/Owner Jason Fox brings eclectic California fare and a menu full of stand-alone dishes and individual and shareable plates to Mint Plaza. The casual restaurant boasts a house charcuterie program and a tasting menu composed of off-menu, family-style plates. A roster of classic cocktails, California and Old World wines, and a variety of beers compose the beverage program.
Old Bus Tavern is both a restaurant and a brewhouse, serving comfort food and craft brews. The shareable plates, bar seats and brewhouse views encourage a relaxed atmosphere with communal vibes. In addition to house-made beers, the beverage program includes 14 local taps and a cocktail menu focused on whiskey, tequila and mezcal.
