FRIED CAULIFLOWER (ZAHAV - SOCIETY HILL)

Zahav brings modern Israeli flavors and culinary techniques to Philadelphia. The casual restaurant is home to an ever-changing, globally inspired small-plates menu and an award-winning cocktail list. Meant to evoke the hidden courtyards of Jerusalem, the space is decorated with gold limestone floors and walls, hand-carved tables and soaring ceilings.

ORGANIC ROASTED AMISH CHICKEN (VERNICK - RITTENHOUSE SQUARE)

Vernick is a New American eatery serving Chef Greg Vernick’s hearty large and small plates. The drink list spotlights classic, current and seasonal cocktails, as well as  a curated selection of mostly international wines. The setting — a former bookstore — is sleek and inviting, situated inside a Rittenhouse brownstone. 

LAMB GEMELLI (SBRAGA - RITTENHOUSE SQUARE)

At Sbraga, Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga serves up inventive and seasonal New American small plates with a focus on local and sustainable ingredients. The frequently changing menus include prix fixe, a la carte and tasting options that include seats at the chef’s counter. The inventive cocktail program is matched by the curated wine list, while the dining room stays rustic yet modern with a balance of high ceilings, wood-paneled walls and tiled floors.

BLUEBERRY COBBLER (WHETSTONE - SOCIETY HILL)

Whetstone offers brasserie-inspired American classics and a wide selection of draft beers. The kitchen delivers simply prepared dishes — from sandwiches, soups and salads to meats, seafood and desserts — in a casual, lively setting. Wines and cocktails are also available to pair with the fresh, modern and seasonal cuisine.
