Try the Dishes Everyone’s Talking About

In Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world, it can be a serious challenge to make headlines. The restaurants and dishes featured, however, have managed to garner some well-deserved attention.

Get a taste of the dishes the press is buzzing about at Belcampo Meat Co., Hutchinson Cocktails & Grill and Ox & Son. Dine through Reserve from July 10th through July 12th, and each featured dish is on the house.*

Book today and taste these newsworthy dishes for yourself.

Belcampo is a farm, a neighborhood butcher shop and a restaurant – all united by the commitment to provide delicious, organic and humane meat that guests can feel good about buying and eating. Paired with a farm-inspired craft cocktail program, it’s no wonder Belcampo has garnered press since its opening in Santa Monica just a short time ago.

Belcampo Meat Co.’s featured dish is the Goat Tartare. It’s not just good, declares Besha Rodell in LA Weekly, “…it’s wholly enjoyable.”

Hutchinson Cocktails & Grill is a family-owned steakhouse with Indonesian flair. Brothers Ian and Justin Hopper pay homage to their family’s roots, combining ingredients from Southern California farms with Indonesian culinary traditions. The menu features traditional Southeast Asian cuisine, prepared with modern techniques.

Hutchinson Cocktails & Grill’s featured dish is the Nasi Goreng. Los Angeles Magazine raves, “…seared prawns and a runny egg elevate the humble rice dish.”

Helmed by Executive Chef and Partner Brad Miller, Ox & Son delivers elevated comfort food alongside an extensive assortment of artisanal beer and specialty wines. The modern American cuisine features seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers markets. True to Chef Miller’s signature style, the menu features inventive twists on rustic classics that are as bold in flavor as they are beautifully presented, with each dish assigned its own unique plate.

Ox & Son’s featured dish is the Fresh Ricotta and Radish. Eater highlights Ox & Son’s “eclectic bill of fare from chicken-fried duck confit to Benton’s ham & corn griddle cake” but that “health conscious diners could always opt for a little gem salad or fresh ricotta with radishes.” It is bikini season after all!

Place a request this weekend and see for yourself what’s making culinary headlines across LA.

Happy Dining,
Harris Letter, Reserve LA
