Reserve Teams Up with Google to Offer Direct Reservations

We’re thrilled to announce that Reserve has integrated with Google to offer guests the ability to find a table at our restaurant partners through Google Search and Google Maps, at no extra cost to diners or restaurants. The integration gives operators a new way to meet diners directly where they’re searching and makes the booking process completely seamless. Using the Maps Booking API, Reserve serves up our restaurant partners’ real-time inventory to diners looking to find a table.

Last year, Google launched “Reserve with Google” which connects its users with fitness studios, hair salons, and other service businesses through prominent Google products and a standalone Reserve with Google site. We’re excited that Google saw restaurant reservations as a natural extension of this service.

Guests can now book at Reserve restaurant partners through Google Search and Maps.

“We are truly delighted to work with Google in this capacity and look forward to even more collaborative innovation on behalf of both our restaurant partners and consumers,” said Reserve CEO Greg Hong. “Google is the world’s most popular search engine and we’re excited to see the integration drive more traffic to Reserve partners.”

This experience will be made possible through a deep partnership between Reserve and Google. We dedicated tremendous technical resources to become the first U.S. based table management company to integrate with Google via the Maps Booking API, and are looking forward to what’s to come.
