Cooper Lounge's stunning mezzazine setting in Union Station set the tone for Reserve's first of a series of gatherings across the country, bringing together restaurants with the diners, hotels, and tech that support their local food and drink culture.
The night kicked off at 6:30PM with food and drinks that showcased the talent and diversity of Denver's food scene — charcuterie from Cooper Lounge, smoked rabbit tarts from The Bindery, homemade granola goodie bags from Mercantile, and of course, the perfect nightcap: homemade donuts from Acorn.
And what would a cocktail party be without drinks? Cooper Lounge masterfully poured out cocktails, bubbly, and wine, helping former strangers become connections and stirring conversations about the growth of gastronomy in Denver, and the chefs, restaurateurs, influencers, hotels, diners, and tech companies who are a part of it!
A huge thank you to our friends at Feast Locally, The Cooper Lounge, Acorn, Mercantile, and The Bindery for helping us make Reserve's first Cocktails and Bites night a great success!
