Cocktails and Bites: Reserve Continuing Momentum in Atlanta
Last Thursday, February 22nd, Reserve hosted a party at Fritti for loyal Reserve users, top influencers, local concierge, and restaurateurs to celebrate our momentum in Atlanta over drinks and delicious food.
The third in a series of gatherings across the country, the event showcased the depth and diversity of Atlanta's food scene and continued to educate the diners and hotels that support the local food and drink culture about what Reserve is building.
The night kicked off at 6:00PM with a great selection of wine and beer from Fritti, and bellies quickly began to fill. The host venue, Fritti, first presented a gorgeous antipasti board, and followed up with their signature melazzane, arancini, a variety of spiedini, and pizzas.
As if that wasn't enough, sister restaurant Escorpion was heating up refried bean croquettes, while The Shed at Glenwood offered a sweet and savory delight: caramel bacon crunch. From the same restaurant group as The Shed, Pig & the Pearl dished out bourbon infused baby back ribs. Atlanta favorite Rathbun’s proved yet again that they do not just steak well, but everything well, offering a seared Ahi Tuna dish with fingerlings and a caper-raisin vinaigrette. Canoe showed off its pastry chef with a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate caramel dessert.
Everyone left with more knowledge about Reserve—where we've come from and where we're headed—and continued excitement about Atlanta's booming restaurant scene! A huge thank you to our friends at Fritti, Escorpion, Rathbun's, Canoe, The Shed, and The Pig & the Pearl for helping us make Reserve's third Cocktails and Bites, and first in Atlanta, a great success!
