OLD FRIENDS (TRENCHERMAN - BUCKTOWN)
One of Reserve's first partners, Trenchermen is a New American neighborhood restaurant and bar located in a former bathhouse and set in a two-story space with exposed brick and suede banquettes. The elegant, inviting setting complements Chef Patrick Sheerin's refined yet approachable cuisine. A number of classic and unconventional craft cocktails, international wines and domestic beers are available to pair with the sophisticated cuisine.
New to Reserve, Boeufhaus is an inventive, steak-focused brasserie serving German-influenced chops using sustainably raised animals, appetizers and sides. Boeufhaus’s bistro-style space boasts a sleek, rustic vibe with exposed brick, a stool-lined front counter and banquette tables in the back. The beverage program features a lengthy list of Champagne and wine.
Sixteen offers French-inspired American dishes in an elegant space in the Trump International Hotel & Tower. With Chef Thomas Lents at the helm, the restaurant offers a la carte items for breakfast and lunch, a brunch buffet and tasting menus at dinner — all filled with seasonal ingredients. Stunning 30-foot floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and the Wrigley Clock Tower.
Chicago q offers award-winning American barbecue fare accompanied by classic sides and house-made rubs. A selection of classic beers and wines, rare and exclusive bourbons, and unique cocktails complement the spicy and smoky cuisine. Leather banquettes and wood accents imbue the inviting, Savannah-style dining room with Southern charm and comfort.
Bottlefork dishes out locally sourced, New American small plates under the direction of Rockit Ranch Productions and Michelin-rated Chef Kevin Hickey. Exposed brick, dim lights and large banquettes create a chic, intimate environment. A variety of inventive cocktails and loads of craft beers are on offer.
