New Tastes of Reserve

You deserve the best experience when dining out on Reserve, and we’ve added more partners who take dining to the next level! Get seated at the best restaurants in town no matter the occasion. Here’s a quick look at the latest options available just for you.

Alimento (Silver Lake)

Alimento is a creative and soulful Italian restaurant from chef and owner Zach Pollack. Recently recognized as one of Bon Appetit’s 50 Best New Restaurants, Alimento’s menu draws influence from Italy’s regional traditions, without adhering too strongly to them. The menu is complemented by an eclectic wine list that showcases lesser known varietals and hard-to-find wines from small producers.
