New on Reserve LA: Foodshop, Cadet and More...

Where are you dining this week? From neighborhood classics to pop-up concepts and new locations to old favorites, the options for your next meal out are endless. Request your seat, and let your concierge guide you to your next dining experience.

The Hungry Cat Santa Monica is a modern eatery serving fresh seafood and other locally sourced produce in a lively restaurant with ocean views and an extensive list of wines, craft cocktails and beers. Chef David Lentz pays homage to his roots in Marylan with the bi-coastal American classics and impeccable seafood featured on the Hungry Cat menu.

About five years ago, Hyejin Cho and Itay Zach, architects by trade and food enthusiasts by choice, started Foodshop — an exclusive, semi-secret pop-up dinner series with a menu that changes monthly. A suggested donation of $70 covers the prix fixe meal, and diners are invited to BYOB. Limited seats are available for the October 23rd and October 24th dinners and more information is available in the Reserve app.

Chef Kris Tominaga delivers a robust selection of classic French food alongside a drink list composed of signature cocktails, wine and beer at Cadet in Santa Monica. The decor, reminiscent of a country inn in Provence, complements the rural theme, replete with old wood, aged brick and a substantial fireplace as the focal point of the dining room.

Now you can enjoy this Beverly Grove favorite on the Westside. The Little Door serves flavorful French-Mediterranean fare in a charming setting. From fresh seafood and vegetables to an expansive list of creative cocktails, top-shelf spirits, beers and wines, the bistro-inspired menu is a perfect addition to the Santa Monica dining scene.

fundamental LA is a seasonally inspired American bistro. The menu features creative, farmers market-driven entrees, small plates meant to be shared and an acclaimed beverage program. The sleek and modern atmosphere features an open kitchen for a look behind the scenes.

Magnolia Hollywood is a bistro-style lounge outfitted with simple, fresh food and a fully stocked bar of craft beer, wine and cocktails. The stylish hot spot serves reinvented American favorites and comfort food for lunch, dinner, happy hour and brunch.

Happy dining,
Harris Letter, Reserve LA
