New on Reserve: Cosme, Parm & more...

As summer heats up, the newest additions to Reserve will take you to the isles of Greece, the coasts of southern Italy and the warmth of Mexico all without leaving the city. Let Reserve be your passport to some amazing destinations via these recently added restaurants.

Cosme (Flatiron)

 

Inside a chic, softly-lit space, Chef Enrique Olvera and his team craft modern dishes rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions that also celebrate local and seasonal ingredients from the Hudson Valley. Cosme’s beverage program features a large selection of mezcals, tequilas and artisanal spirits, with bold cocktails mirroring the innovative cuisine.

Parm (Upper West Side)

 

A small and unassuming Upper West Side gem, this location of Parm is an offshoot of the restaurant’s original home on Mulberry Street. Italian-American classics such as chicken parm, the restaurant’s namesake Italian staple, are served up in this retro diner-inspired space. Small plates and platters are also available, along with a refined cocktail program.

The Greek (Tribeca)

 

Down a welcoming cobblestone street, a rustic village taverna with a cozy restaurant and bar awaits. Combining the food and drink of a neighborhood hangout and the chic feel of a gastropub, The Greek is a home away from home. Fresh ingredients take center stage — a mix of locally sourced products as well as imported items that bring the authentic tastes and aromas of Greece to the table.
