More Momofuku. Now on Reserve.

Since launching our partnership with Momofuku Ko in January, we’ve supported select charitable organizations in our community and beyond, including Edible Schoolyard, Donors Choose, Food Bank for New York City, and One Percent for the Planet.

Starting today, you can now contribute to our charitable partners by bidding on a 7:30pm reservation (Monday - Thursday) for Momofuku Noodle Bar’s legendary family style fried chicken dinner through Reserve. The dinner feeds 4-8 people, and includes two whole fried chickens, one Southern style and one Korean style, with a variety of side dishes and delicious sauces.

Additionally, you can now bid on 2 seats at 8:45pm at two-Michelin-starred Momofuku Ko every day it’s open, Wednesday to Sunday.

100% of the bids over the menu prices for both the Noodle Bar fried chicken dinner and counter seats at Ko will be donated to a charity of Momofuku’s choice on a quarterly basis. Both the Reserve and Momofuku teams are thrilled to welcome Edible Schoolyard NYC again as the initial charity partner for this extended partnership.

As always, we’re honored to be able to give back to the community, and your continued support helps us pave the way to a better future for others. We can’t wait to get you seated.

Happy dining,

Lisa Ganz, Reserve NYC
