Located inside the Chambers Hotel in Midtown, Má Pêche is an Asian-influenced New American restaurant by Chef David Chang. The restaurant features menus for all three meals plus brunch, and a rotating selection of passed plates are offered tableside to accompany the chef’s special dishes — all meant for sharing. The subterranean, large-scale space features Momofuku’s characteristic understated atmosphere, composed of wood tables and splashes of wall art.
Eater's Ryan Sutton covers Ma Peche's innovative set up well, writing "think of it as a tasting menu joint where you only pay for what you want. There are over 50 items, virtually all of which you will be shown as waiters and chefs periodically swing by with trays, carts, and trolleys in a relatively seamless process that cumulatively doesn't take up any more time than the seven minutes you'd spend blankly staring at a four-page menu elsewhere."
