Looking for a Truly Unique Dining Experience this Summer?

On Tuesday, July 21st, Ribelle will host Texas-native Justin Holt of Lucia in Dallas for a unique collaboration of culinary minds. Chef Holt will join Chef Tim Maslow to transform Ribelle into an Izakaya-style tavern for one night only.

These talented chefs will be trading pasta for ramen, gnocchi for yakitori and crudo for sashimi. Ribelle regulars may be surprised to see the doors open on a Tuesday with two chefs in the open kitchen but rest assured, the restaurant will be open and is now accepting reservations.

Reserve is the exclusive way to book reservations digitally, but guests are welcome to join the rabble-rousers as walk-ins.
