BLT PRIME (GRAMERCY)

BLT Prime brings a stylish vibe to the traditional steakhouse atmosphere. Using the highest possible grade of beef available, the restaurant serves top-of-the-line steaks, as well as a full selection of seafood. The beverage program includes wines from around the world, as well as a variety of house cocktails and beers.

QUALITY MEATS (MIDTOWN WEST)

Quality Meats features modern interpretations of familiar dishes, resulting in unique tastes and innovative presentations. The warm, industrial decor takes cues from traditional New York City butcher shops with plenty of warm wood, stainless steel and white marble. Quality Meats' 350‑selection wine list is a compilation of wines from around the world, focusing on classic expressions of varietals including spectacular and nuanced vintages.

M. WELLS STEAKHOUSE (LONG ISLAND CITY)

Housed in a former auto-body repair shop in the heart of Long Island City, Queens, M. Wells Steakhouse takes the beloved New York steakhouse model and turns it on its head. An expansive raw bar, live trout tank and wood-fired cuts of meats are some of the highlights. The decadent and eccentric menu features items like a bone-in burger, foie gras gnocchi and seared wedge salad. Save room for dessert: the rolling cart stocked with equally delicious and over-the-top items shouldn't be missed.
