Congratulations to Our Partners on Their 2016 Michelin Stars

Last week, the Michelin Guide awarded their most prestigious honor to New York City’s leading restaurants — the renowned Michelin stars. We’re excited to congratulate the following Reserve partners who were named among the world’s best.

Michelin Stars Reserve Header NYC

ALDEA

Chef George Mendes’ Flatiron restaurant serves a menu inspired by the Iberian Peninsula in a modern, elegant setting.

BATARD

Bâtard is a sophisticated restaurant serving New American fare in TriBeCa with flexible prix fixe menus and an excellent wine list.

CARBONE

This hip, old school-inspired Italian spot from Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick pays homage to the great Italian restaurants of New York.

GOTHAM BAR & GRILL

Located on a tree-lined Greenwich Village street, Gotham Bar & Grill has the energy and feel of a Parisian brasserie with a seasonal New American menu.

MEADOWSWEET

Meadowsweet is a Williamsburg favorite with a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired New American menu and an airy and bright space, complete with a hanging herb garden.

MOMOFUKU KO (2 STARS)

David Chang’s acclaimed restaurant (which means “son of”) serves a frequently changing, prix fixe-only, multi-course tasting menu along a counter shared with the kitchen.

M. WELLS STEAKHOUSE

This avant-garde steakhouse in Long Island City serves a dynamic and eclectic menu from an open kitchen complete with a live trout tank.

THE MUSKET ROOM

Chef/Owner Matt Lambert crafts a menu of modern New Zealand cuisine on a peaceful Nolita street in a romantic and unpretentious atmosphere.

PIORA

Meaning “to blossom” in Korean, Piora’s menu pays homage to the proprietors’ Korean and Italian heritages and serves modern, elegant cuisine in a polished West Village dining room.

REBELLE

A contemporary restaurant in NoLita serving modern French fare in an industrial yet airy space, Rebelle also boasts an impressive wine list and lively atmosphere.

TELEPAN

Chef Bill Telepan’s eponymous restaurant is a classic greenmarket-focused New American eatery located on the Upper West Side.

ZZ'S CLAM BAR

An intimate raw seafood and craft cocktail bar in Greenwich Village, ZZ’s semi-hidden location opens up to an elegant room with marble-topped tables and large tropical plants.

We’re thrilled to see so many of our partners recognized for the passion and dedication to their craft. Winning a Michelin star is an amazing achievement that reflects an entire staff working in harmony to create an amazing experience for diners, and it is our pleasure to help seat Reserve guests at these wonderful spots.
