Listening to our restaurant partners and building tools that make their lives easier has always been a cornerstone of our approach at Reserve. We talk to many of our 500 restaurant partners every day, and wouldn’t be where we are today without their feedback, guidance and support.
Over the past 18 months, a number of people have been inspired enough to join us, coming from a variety of restaurant backgrounds — servers and bartenders, line cooks and pastry chefs, guest relations and operations managers, partners and GMs. Today, I’m thrilled to have another restaurant industry veteran join Reserve’s ranks, as Ben Fileccia becomes Reserve’s General Manager in Philadelphia. He joins Reserve alumni of Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Major Food Group, Barbara Lynch Gruppo, Made Nice, Momofuku and other establishments across the country.
Ben comes from Sbraga Dining, where he served as the Director of Operations, running operations at flagship Sbraga, The Fat Ham and Sbraga & Company in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to joining Sbraga Dining in 2012, Ben was at Vetri Family, opening Amis Trattoria and serving as general manager. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, Ben also serves as the President of the Philadelphia Restaurant and Hotel Alliance.
As Reserve continues to grow, we look forward to continuing to deepen our ties to the restaurant and hospitality community. Understanding the needs of our restaurant partners helps us build products that help make their jobs quicker, easier and more impactful — and that’s good for everyone.
