Since our initial launch, we’ve made it our mission to bring Reserve to as many people and platforms as we possibly could. We’ve entered new cities, added dozens of new restaurant partners, and today we’re excited to welcome guests with Android devices to use our service in Los Angeles, Boston, New York and San Francisco.
Sometimes you just want to go out for a nice meal and have everything be taken care of. From finding a great spot to dine and securing a table to handling the check effortlessly at the end of the meal, Reserve is here to help.
Open the app and tell us a few details about the size of your party and when you want to dine. Browse our curated list of some of your city’s best restaurants and make your selection — our digital dining concierge will go to work to get you a table. With more than a hundred of the country’s best restaurants, you’ll have terrific options to choose from, no matter where you are. If the restaurant isn’t able to accommodate you, we’ll provide you with suggestions of alternate places you might like.
After your meal, the check will be seamlessly handled by the Reserve app — just like having a house account at your favorite spot. Since your payment information and tipping preferences are stored in the app, you don’t have to break out your wallet, or even your phone, at the end of the meal. The bill — including tax, tip and Reserve’s flat $5 concierge fee — will be automatically taken care of.
We’ve also listened to feedback from our iPhone users to add new features and functionality to our Android app. On Android, we’ve created a new tab on our main menu so it’s easy to invite friends to try Reserve and share your personal code with them. We’ve also been constantly making improvements to our design and service; among other changes, we’ve made it easier to add additional restaurants to a request and view your options by neighborhood on a map.
The Reserve app is available for free on Google Play and can be downloaded onto any device running Android 4.0.3 and above. We’ve removed the waitlist for Reserve on both Android and iOS, so there’s nothing standing between you and the concierge service you deserve. We can’t wait to help you with your first request.
