Starting this October, Hinoki & the Bird’s executive chef Brandon Kida is opening up his kitchen with a new Travel-Inspired Guest Chef Series. To kick things off, join third generation paella maker Chef Perfecto Rocher for a culinary adventure full of the flavors of Valencia, Spain every Sunday and Monday night in October.
On Sundays Chef Rocher will host a family-style paella night with shared appetizers priced at $55 per person. On Monday nights, try a special five course Spanish tasting menu featuring seasonal fare and local farmers market finds for $85 per person. Jeremy Lake from Lost Property will be crafting cocktails throughout the month to complement the dishes.
