Last week, movers and shakers in the restaurant world headed to the annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, America’s premier culinary event.
We went to talk with the world’s best chefs, restaurant operators and leading industry professionals, connect with partners and friends, and learn from the best.
The three-day program featured networking events and dynamic panel discussions with some of the industry’s brightest stars. From the secrets of perfect frying with Sang Yoon to a discussion of California’s heritage vines with Jordan Salcito, the depth of knowledge, passion, and clear demonstration of craft was impressive and inspirational.
Reserve also hosted the Classic’s opening night VIP after-party with co-hosts Chef David Chang, master sommelier Richard Betts and FOOD & WINE Editor in Chief Dana Cowin.
More than 250 VIPs joined the celebration, including renowned chefs and editors. Many attendees hopped into our slow-mo video booth to get in on the action.
