The moment you decide you want to dine, just open the app and tell us a few details. We’ll provide you with a curated list of our amazing partner restaurants. Like any good concierge, our detailed descriptions make it easy to decide where to go. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll go to work to get you a table, and text you updates on the status of your request. Reserve reaches out to the restaurant’s staff to help secure even hard-to-get tables for you — it’s just that simple.
We’ve partnered with some of the best names in food and hospitality, including James Beard Award-winning chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants. We’ll be working behind the scenes to make sure you’ll be treated like a regular even if it is your first time there. At the end of the meal, the check is automatically billed through the app, taking into account your default tipping preference and adding in Reserve’s flat five dollar concierge fee. No need to pull out your wallet or phone and no more worrying about calculating the tip — we take care of everything to give you a more elegant ending to your meal. Finally, your feedback helps improve your Reserve experience and helps the restaurant get even better, too.
We’ve worked closely with our restaurant partners and advisors to develop a service that increases their business, enhances hospitality, and doesn’t cut into their bottom line. Today, there are Reserve restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, and Boston, where partnerships have been strengthened with the help of the SoonSpoon team, who share our passion for helping connect diners and restaurants and who we’re excited to welcome onboard.
Reserve is available for free in the App Store. Because we’re launching in beta, diners who sign into the app will be invited into the service in waves to keep the caliber of the experience high for you and for our partners. We’ll let diners in as quickly as possible and can’t wait to help you soon.
