Since we launched two years ago, many restaurant industry insiders — from line cooks to general managers — have been inspired to join the Reserve team, coming to us from respected operators like Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Major Food Group, and Momofuku.
Today, we’re excited to announce that another accomplished industry leader, Eli Feldman, has come onboard as our newest Customer Success Manager in Boston.
Eli’s hospitality career has spanned operations, consulting, technology, and academia. He founded Clothbound, a mobile hiring and job search tool for the restaurant industry. He’s also the Owner of 3 Princes, a firm focused on customer experience, operations, and technology consulting. Prior to starting these companies, Eli was the Director of Operations of Barbara Lynch Gruppo Inc. for nine years, where he oversaw all Front of House aspects of the 220-person restaurant company, including some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Boston and America. A longtime Beantown resident, Eli shares his knowledge and passion for the industry through his role as a Part-Time Faculty member at Boston University School of Hospitality. Eli joined the Reserve team recently but has served as an advisor for over 2 years.
