Dudley Market is a cafe space combining restaurant and retail that seats 20 guests. The restaurant serves seasonal California dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner from Chef Jesse Barber. Adjacent to the beach, Dudley Market utilizes windows, exposed brick and communal tables to create its light, rustic ambience. On Tuesday nights in October, Chef Jesse Barber is mixing it up and hosting Ramen Tuesdays, serving ramen specials each week.

Part of the growing Tsujita empire in Tokyo, Sushi Tsujita offers an omakase-style menu, meaning each day the sushi served is chef’s choice. The restaurant is typical of clean Japanese design, with geometric shapes covering the walls and has a patio room where you can enjoy its cocktail, wine and sake offerings. Reservations are available for dinner service at Sushi Tsujita, where three levels of omakase are offered each night.
LUKSHON (CULVER CITY)
Lukshon is the creation of one of LA’s most celebrated chefs, Sang Yoon. His exquisite and modern take on authentic Southeast Asian cuisine celebrates wonderfully diverse and exotic ingredients. Lukshon’s well-curated selection of wines, array of rare and unique brews and artisanal cocktails pair perfectly with the menu’s assertive flavors.
Simbal dishes out creative Southeast Asian fare and craft cocktails in downtown LA. Chef Shawn Pham’s Little Tokyo destination features an outstanding small-plates focused menu. With a history of working in modern fine dining restaurants and a four year stint living in Vietnam, Chef Shawn honors two unique chapters of his life with Simbal. The minimal and airy industrial-chic space features a 14-seat kitchen counter, dim sum-style carts, and a glass-enclosed sunroom.
