Bringing a Better Dining Experience to Coachella

Listening to great bands and marveling at amazing art all day can really make you work up an appetite. That’s why Reserve is partnering with Goldenvoice, the producers of Coachella, to help create a better dining experience at a number of VIP dining venues within the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Pick your weekend, get some details and tell Reserve when you want to eat

As your Coachella dining concierge, Reserve will help you get seated at one of the festival’s new pop-up restaurants or at a nightly dinner series put on by Outstanding in the Field. Space is limited, but we’re here to help. Just like any Reserve experience, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of before, during and after the meal.

Check out the new pop-up restaurants and book in advance exclusively on Reserve

In the app, you’ll see photos and descriptions for all of your potential dining options. If you have a VIP festival wristband, you can try out one of the pop-up restaurants, which are new to Coachella this year and can only be booked in advance via Reserve. Sample fresh, innovative American dishes at Scratch|Bar & The Gadarene Swine, taste Roy Choi’s Korean-inspired fare at POT or try the French-influenced Terrine. Each pop-up offers a prix fixe menu for only $50 per person, and beverages can be purchased for an additional cost on-site.

Learn more about the amazing chefs at Outstanding in the Field that evening

If you’ll be sporting a standard festival wristband but would still like a special treat, try one of Outstanding in the Field’s sumptuous pop-up dinners, served around a long communal table. Each night, a different duo of celebrated chefs will guide diners through a culinary adventure. These dinners are held in the Rose Garden, and the $225 per person cost includes beverage pairings as well as admission to this VIP area for the entire day of your dinner. As always, guests at all four venues must be 21 or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages.

Place your request, and add other recommended restaurants

Once you’ve found a place you like, just submit your request and Reserve will work with the pop-ups to get you seated, and provide updates on the status of your request. If you’re flexible about where you’d like to eat or want to improve your chances of getting seated, you can also add additional recommended restaurants to your request.

If there isn’t availability at the time and place you requested, Reserve will suggest other options, or work with the restaurant to provide possible alternatives – like getting seated slightly earlier or later in the evening. If a restaurant offers you an alternative option it will only be available for a limited amount of time, so be sure to respond quickly! Once you’ve confirmed your reservation, you’ll have claimed your seat. The cost of the meal is non-refundable and the reservation is non-transferrable, so be sure to double-check the details so you don’t miss your dinner!

Pay automatically through the app and rate your experience, then get back to the music

On the day of your dinner, the total amount for all the guests in your party, including an 18% surcharge for staff gratuity (for the pop-up restaurants only) and Reserve’s flat $5 concierge fee, will be charged to your card on file. Reserve makes payment seamless, so you can enjoy dinner and get back to the music.

We’re thrilled to bring Reserve’s concierge treatment to Coachella. Coachella has always celebrated musical and visual artistry, and we love to see culinary arts join the festival’s line-up as well. Download Reserve for free from the App Store or Google Play and place a request – we can’t wait to help you have a better dining experience at the festival!

Happy dining,

Greg Hong, Reserve CEO and Co-Founder
