BISQ is a restaurant and wine bar serving inventive American small plates. The sleek, dark wood finishings and wine-bottle decor create an intimate, modern atmosphere. The space also features an open kitchen, marble charcuterie counter and two bars serving a French-focused wine program, along with a variety of beer offerings.

Getting Set for Service with Peter Esmond

Peter Esmond has a deep appreciation for what hospitality really means. From helping his parents run a cozy bed and breakfast in Colorado as a teenager, to running the floor at arguably the best Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City — Thomas Keller’s Per Se — he’s experienced the ins and outs of guest management on every level. In 2012 he launched Set for Service, a restaurant CRM and guest management platform which was acquired by Reserve earlier this year.

The restaurant’s ‘60s decor, featuring vintage light fixtures, brown-on-brown furnishings and record players, creates a lively, old-school atmosphere. An extensive cocktail menu and a variety of local beers are offered, as well as bar snack and brunch menus.
