KINMONT RESTAURNT serves seafood dishes and sustainable fish, serving the best of the day’s catch. Named after a salmon fly-fishing lure known as the Kinmont Willie, the restaurant is home to raw bar offerings and shellfish towers that anchor the seasonal menu. Exposed brick walls, antique chandeliers and ornate rugs hanging from the high ceilings give the rustic-chic restaurant a retro feel.
