It’s been a busy fall, and we’re so excited to welcome so many new guests into Reserve to have better dining experiences in New York, Los Angeles and Boston.
HUERTAS serves up Basque-influenced fare inspired by New York City and the lively culinary culture of Northern Spain. In the dimly lit, wood-clad inner room, diners can watch the preparation of their food in the open kitchen after choosing from the daily rotating four-course menu. Classic Spanish beverages — including refrescos, house-made vermouth and a long list of Spanish wines — are available (along with finger foods) at the bright bar.
CONTRA is a minimalist-chic New American spot on the Lower East Side. Local and seasonal ingredients are the foundation of the restaurant’s dinner-only, five course prix fixe menu, which changes nightly. The small, brick-walled space houses a long wood bar where diners can sample the three-course menu.
